Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States. There is no minimum order amount and no shipping fee added at checkout.
Use our Track Your Order page: enter your order number and the email you used at checkout to see your order status. If you have an account, you can also check My Account → Orders. When your order ships, we email you with the details. If something looks wrong, send us a message with your order number.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Send us a message through the contact form and choose “Returns & refunds”, or email Support@roksport.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with your return instructions.
Once we receive and check your return, we refund you to your original payment method and confirm by email. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.

Larger items such as bikes, treadmills, exercise bikes and benches usually arrive partly assembled to keep them safe in shipping. Follow the instructions included in the box, and contact us if anything is unclear.

In the US, the FAA requires recreational drones that weigh more than 250 grams (0.55 lb) to be registered before flying. Check each product page for the drone’s weight and visit faa.gov/uas for current rules.
Recreational pilots in the US need to pass the free FAA TRUST safety test and follow the recreational flying rules. Flying for work or business has separate requirements.
