These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of roksport.com and to any purchase you make from RokSport LLC (“RokSport”, “we”, “us”, “our”), located at 29570 Pacific St, Gold Beach, OR 97444. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02Using Our Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you check out or create an account, and not to use the site for anything unlawful or harmful, such as trying to break its security or interfere with how it works.
03Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone has used your account without permission. You can update your details any time in My Account.
04Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. This confirmation does not guarantee that we can fulfill your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
05Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in US dollars.
Shipping within the United States is free.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, such as card payments and PayPal.
We work to keep prices accurate. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
06Shipping and Delivery

07Returns and Refunds

08Product Information
We work to describe and show our products accurately. Product images are for illustration, and colors and details may look slightly different on your screen. If a product is not as described, you can return it under our return policy.
09Safe Use of Products
Please read and follow the manufacturer instructions, assembly guides and safety warnings that come with your products. Always wear appropriate protective gear, such as a helmet when cycling. Use fitness equipment within its stated limits, and supervise children using bikes or sports equipment.

The content on this site, including text, images, graphics, and the RokSport name and logo, belongs to RokSport LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or distribute it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RokSport is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
