Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order to US addresses. There is no minimum order amount and no shipping fee added at checkout.

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after they ship. Large items like bikes and treadmills can take a little longer.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Status
Check your order any time on our Track Your Order page with your order number and email, or in My Account → Orders. When your order ships, we email you with the details.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away so we can try to fix it before your order ships.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email Support@roksport.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out with you.
Carrier Delays
Weather, peak seasons and carrier issues can occasionally slow delivery. If your order seems late, let us know and we will look into it.
